System Alerts

The System Alerts tab displays the system-defined parameters used to detect and respond to Infractions, Violations, Possible Criminal Acts, and Detect and Avoid (DAA) events. These alert conditions are based on operational standards and can be customized by the SPS Support Team to reflect specific Areas of Responsibility (AOR) or regional regulatory requirements.

Each alert entry includes the following fields:

  • On (Checkbox) – Allows users to toggle the alert on or off.
  • Source – Indicates which sensor or data source generated the alert.
  • Event – Describes the specific condition or trigger that caused the alert.
  • On-Screen Notification – Indicates the default notification behavior shown on-screen, as defined by the UNIFY Support Team (not user-editable).
  • Notifications – Lists all enabled delivery methods for the alert, such as Email, Mobile Text, Visual Alert on COP, and Audible Alert on COP. These can be customized by the user.

In this popup, users can enable or disable the following notification types:

  • Email
  • Mobile Text Message
  • Visual Alert on COP
  • Audible Alert on COP
This structure separates On-Screen Notifications (preset visual behaviors) from user-defined notification delivery methods, giving users flexibility to tailor alert visibility while maintaining standardized system behavior.
