Ingest CRFS

The Ingest CRFS tab allows users to configure and manage inbound data sources from CRFS sensors.

Main Table View

The table on this tab displays all configured CRFS sources, showing the following fields:

  • Host
  • Port
  • Polling Interval (s)
  • Username
  • Asset ID
  • Asset Name
  • Actions (e.g., delete or edit source)
Each Asset  will appear:
  • Green when the connection is healthy (operational)
  • Red when the sensor is not responding or offline

Adding a New Source

Click the ADD NEW CRFS SOURCE button to open a configuration popup with the following fields:

  • CRFS Host
  • CRFS Port
  • Username
  • Password
  • Polling Interval (seconds)
  • Select Asset (Dropdown) – Select an existing asset to connect as the heartbeat source
    • ADD NEW ASSET – Optional button that allows the user to create and connect a new heartbeat asset directly from the popup
Click ADD NEW CRFS SOURCE to save and connect the sensor, or click CLOSE to cancel the setup. After adding the source, you should see a new popup. Please click the 'Open Ticket' button, review the details, then click 'Send' at the bottom of the form to send a JSM ticket to the UNIFY.C2 team for review to complete the integration.
