Users/Roles

The Users/Roles page allows administrators to search for and manage user accounts within the system.

• Use the Keyword search bar to filter users by any available field: email, first name, last name, phone number, or status.
• Use the checkbox filters to narrow results by:
• Whitelist Status – Display users who are On or Off the location whitelist.
• Account Status – Filter by accounts with status FORCE_CHANGE_PASSWORD or CONFIRMED.
• Sandbox Access – Show users with either Access or No Access to the sandbox environment.

From the table, administrators can:

• Edit Allowed Locations restrict which tracks and data a user can view based on their assigned location filters.
• Edit a user’s whitelist to allow login from outside the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Toggle Sandbox access to manage testing or development permissions.

This page provides a centralized interface for maintaining user permissions and ensuring secure, role-based access across the platform.
